Here's why the NFL doesn't take place during summer*

*Not really but DeMarcus Ware is having to get used to Denver weather.

DESPITE GOING TO college in New York, DeMarcus Ware’s nine seasons with the Dallas Cowboys in Texas would have given him an unrealistic expectation of seasons. Playing indoors, spring, summer, autumn and winter are all identical.

The same can’t be said about Denver – Ware’s new team – which hosts some of the NFL’s coldest games.

However, the image below wasn’t taken in winter, it was taken by Ware yesterday at the Broncos’ practice facility.
